Pono Trailers is proud to offer a comprehensive warranty package for all new trailers purchased directly from us. This includes a Three-Year Structural Limited Warranty, a Three-Year Galvanize Limited Warranty, a Five-Year Axle Limited Warranty, and a Lifetime LED Limited Warranty. For a detailed understanding of our warranty policy, please refer to the Pono Trailers Warranty Policy document depicted below.

Our Limited Warranty is applicable to the original purchasers of a Pono Trailer. The term "Original Purchasers" is defined as the first legal owner of a trailer, excluding authorized Pono Trailers dealers/distributors who have procured the trailer for resale purposes. Please note that trailers purchased before January 1, 2024, are subject to the previous warranty guidelines.

The warranty covers specific defects in your new Pono Trailer. By simply purchasing a Pono Trailer, you are automatically entitled to a One-Year Limited Warranty. To extend this coverage to five years, you must register your trailer with Pono Trailers within 45 days of purchase by emailing us at legal@ponotrailers.com. Please include the following details in your email:

- Registered owner's name and phone number
- Registered owner's address
- Proof of payment
- Vehicle Identification Number
- Trailer photo
- Trailer model and size
- Date of acceptance

Failure to register within the stipulated 45 days will limit your warranty coverage to one year. However, if you do register, your limited warranty will extend to five years from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and will terminate if you sell or transfer your trailer.

Pono Trailers is committed to replacing or repairing any covered defective or malfunctioning part at no cost to you. However, all towing, shipping, and postage charges will be your responsibility.

Our warranty specifically covers defects in the workmanship and materials used in the construction of a Pono Trailer. It does not cover scheduled maintenance, towing, shipping, postage charges, damages from accidents, neglect, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, overloading, abuse, misuse, acts of God, environmental damage, or any problems caused by adding or altering component parts. For a detailed list of exclusions, please refer to the Pono Trailers Warranty Policy document.

In case of any issues with your trailer, please contact us via regular U.S. mail at PO Box 1428 Puunene, Hawaii 96784 or email at legal@ponotrailers.com. Include your trailer model, home address, and contact numbers. We will direct you to an authorized dealer in your area for inspection and necessary action.

This warranty confers specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Please note that a valid Pono Trailers' warranty registration must be on file to obtain coverage.
